230 tiny pieces and somehow none of them were missing, which honestly surprised me for a set this small. The little figure stands about 3.34 inches once it's done, which fits perfectly on my desk shelf next to my monitor. Took me a bit over an hour to snap all 230 pieces together, and the PVC holds tight so nothing pops off when I move it.
