I've been collecting these dolls for years and this one might be my favorite. The 8-inch size is perfect for sitting on my desk, and the little gingham overalls are stitched really neatly. The face plate has the classic Monchhichi look with the Hello Kitty crossover done just right.
The gingham check fabric is way softer than I figured for a polyester plush, and the little Monchhichi face peeking out next to the Hello Kitty bow is honestly too cute. Sat it on my bookshelf and it fits right in at just under 8 inches.
Picked this up for my desk and the 7.87" size is just right for that. The little plastic face and polyester body feel sturdy enough to actually handle, not just sit on a shelf.
