Everything you need to know about the Sooya Studio Sixth Anniversary Cat Ban Hanging Card—size, authenticity, display tips, and who should (and shouldn't) buy it.
Quick answer
The Sooya Studio Sixth Anniversary Cat Ban Hanging Card is a compact, authentic collectible celebrating the brand's milestone. It's best for dedicated Sooya fans and anniversary-themed collectors, but less ideal for those seeking large display pieces or playable toys.
What makes this Cat Ban special
The Sixth Anniversary Cat Ban Hanging Card marks a specific milestone for Sooya Studio, making it a targeted piece for collectors who follow the brand's yearly releases. Its small size (about 2.95 inches tall) and hanging-card format set it apart from larger figures or plush items in the Sooya lineup.
Because it's a limited-edition anniversary item, availability may be tighter than regular Sooya releases. If you see it in stock, it's worth deciding quickly if it fits your collection goals.
Trade-offs to consider
At 2.95 inches, this Cat Ban is noticeably smaller than many Sooya figures. That makes it easy to display on a shelf or in a cabinet, but it won't have the same visual presence as a larger statue or plush. The hanging card design also means it's meant to be shown as-is, not removed for posing.
The materials (PVC/PC/ABS) are standard for collectible figures, so it should hold up well in a dust-free display. However, it's not designed for active play—Sooya recommends ages 15 and up.
Decision rules for the Sooya Studio Sixth Anniversary Cat Ban
- Authenticity check: Only buy from authorized retailers or Sooya Studio's official channels. The product is 100% authentic by Sooya Studio, so verify the seller's reputation. Check the seller's return policy and authenticity guarantees before purchasing.
- Size and display fit: At 2.95 inches, this Cat Ban fits easily on a desk, shelf, or in a glass cabinet. Measure your display area to ensure it won't get lost among larger items.
- Shipping considerations: International shipping is available to Canada and Mexico via UPS with tracking and insurance. Shipping fees and duties vary by order value, size, and destination. Factor in potential duties and longer delivery times if ordering from outside the US.
- Collector intent: This is a limited-edition anniversary piece. If you're building a complete Sooya anniversary set or focusing on Cat Ban variations, this is a must-have. For casual fans, a standard Sooya figure may offer better value. Decide if you're a completionist collector or just curious before committing.
